Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary: Free listings are always free. For paid plans, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the listing has not received any customer interactions.

1. Free Listings

Basic business listings on MyPatiala are completely free. There is no charge for free listings, and no refund is applicable.

2. Paid Plans

MyPatiala offers paid listing plans (Basic, Premium, Featured). For paid plans:

  • 7-day refund window: Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the listing has received fewer than 5 customer enquiries/clicks.
  • Pro-rated refund: After 7 days, we offer pro-rated refunds for unused subscription days upon account closure.
  • No refund for listings that have already received verified customer enquiries or WhatsApp contacts.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@mypatiala.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered phone number and payment receipt
  3. Specify the reason for cancellation
  4. We will process within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For UPI/bank transfers, refunds may take up to 15 days depending on your bank.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Listings removed due to false or misleading information
  • Add-on services that have already been activated and used
  • Promotional discount purchases
