MyPatiala is a local business directory serving Patiala, Punjab. We provide:
- Free and paid business listing services
- Business search and discovery for consumers
- Review and rating features
- Business enquiry and contact features
3. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Not post false, misleading, or defamatory content
- Not engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behaviour
- Not attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
- Not post content that violates intellectual property rights
4. Business Listings
Business owners listing on MyPatiala:
- Must provide accurate business information
- Must have authority to list the business
- Are responsible for keeping information up-to-date
- Agree that listing information becomes publicly accessible
- Can request removal by contacting support@mypatiala.com
5. Reviews & Ratings
- Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences
- We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines
- Fake reviews (positive or negative) are strictly prohibited
- Business owners may not post reviews for their own businesses
6. Paid Plans
Premium and paid listing features are subject to the pricing listed on our Plans page. Payments are processed securely. Refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on MyPatiala, including design, logos, text, and code, is the property of KSBM Infotech Pvt Ltd. Users may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission. Business listing content uploaded by users remains their property; by submitting, you grant us a licence to display it.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
MyPatiala is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listings or the quality of services provided by listed businesses. We are a directory platform and do not endorse any business.
9. Limitation of Liability
KSBM Infotech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of MyPatiala. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting us.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patiala, Punjab.
